RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUNDS
Items purchased from www.itgirlmuse.com are eligible for a full refund as long as they meet the following conditions.

Any item(s) not received or lost in transit will not be issued a refund. We also ask for proof of postage at the time of sending back the item.

Once ItGirlMuse has received your returned item(s). The merchandise will be inspected for approval before a refund can be issued. ItGirlMuse reserves the right to deny a refund if item(s) are returned used, soiled, damaged or have any scents or perfumes on the fabric and will be held until payment for reshipment is received. Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return. 


RETURNS
All returns are permitted within 10 days of purchase from the day your package was received. The Item(s) must be returned in the same original condition it was sent with all tags attached. The Item(s) cannot be worn, damaged, washed, altered and have makeup or tanning stains.

All intimates, swimwear, body suits, accessories, sale and promotional items are all FINAL SALE. These items cannot be issued a refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Any item(s) which are returned without approval will be held and sent back at the owner's expense.
 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). This cost is non-refundable. We recommend returning items with a tracking number as items are your responsibility until they are returned to ItGirlMuse.

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. So please make sure to double check your shopping cart items before confirming purchases. We recommend that you request a return and then place a new order online.
