SHIPPING
All Standard and Expedited Shipping comes with tracking. Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are shipped within 1-4 business days after you have purchased.
We will send you a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. Packages are not sent out on weekends or holidays.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the Canada Post service. If there are taxes & duties, you will be responsible in paying for those fees.
Please make sure to double check your mailing address and cart items to avoid these issues. If there is a package that is mailed back to us because of an incorrect address or failure to accept package at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for paying the fees to reship your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship with Canada Post. This usually takes about 7-21 days. Standard Shipping comes with tracking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the Canada Post service. Custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING DELAYS
ITGIRLMUSE will not be responsible for shipping delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, it will be out of our control as the shipping carrier will take over.
Due to COVID-19, there may be a chance of shipping delays. Please be advised that ItGirlMuse is not responsible for shipping once the carrier receives the package.
